dc.description.abstractPráce zkoumá certifikovaný systém managementu kvality v malé stavební firmě a hodnotí jeho přínosy a nevýhody. První část se zabývá popisem společnosti a zvláštností jejího systému managementu kvality vzhledem k její velikosti a specifikům stavebního průmyslu. Autorka práce odhaluje motivaci vedoucí k přijetí certifikovaného systému managementu kvality ISO 9001 a kriticky hodnotí schopnost malé firmy tento systém správně zavést. V závěrečné části práce autorka navrhuje pro tento specifický malý podnik jednoduché procesy umožňující rozvoj systému managementu kvality a vyčíslení nákladů na kvalitu. Zavedení těchto procesů by mělo vést ke zvýšení účinnosti managementu kvality a ke snížení nákladů. Závěry vyplývající z výzkumu a hodnocení zavedeného managementu kvality porovnává autorka s domácí a zahraniční literaturou a relevantními zahraničními výzkumy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis analyzes the certificated quality management system in a small building company and evaluates its benefits and drawbacks. The first section deals with the description of the company and the special characteristics of its quality management system considering its size and the specifics of the building industry. The author reveals the motivation of the company for accepting the ISO 9001 certificated quality management system and critically evaluates the ability of the small company to properly implement this system. In the final section of the thesis the author designs some simple processes enabling development of the quality management system and quality costs quantification in this specific small company. Implementation of these processes should increase the quality management effectiveness and cut costs. The conclusions of the research and the evaluation of the implemented quality management are confronted with the domestic and foreign literature and the relevant foreign researches.en
