dc.description.abstractCílem této diplomové práce je analýza českých právních předpisů ohledně českého státního občanství. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je informování čtenáře této diplomové práce o obsahu českého státního občanství a o nabývání státního občanství udělením a jeho pozbývání. První kapitola se zabývá obsahem pojmu státního občanství, jeho definicí, prameny práva a základními právy a svobody ve vztahu k nabytí státního občanství. Druhá kapitola se zabývá způsoby nabývání státního občanství. Hlavní část této diplomové práce je obsažena hlavně ve třetí a čtvrté kapitole. Třetí kapitola se zabývá nabýváním státního občanství udělením. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá řízením o udělení státního občanství. Pátá (poslední) kapitola se zabývá pozbýváním státního občanství a souvisejícím řízení o pozbytí státního občanství.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this thesis is to analyse Czech legislation regulating a Czech nationality. The main aim of this thesis is to inform a reader of this thesis about the concept of the Czech nationality and the acquisition by naturalization and loss of the nationality loss of the Czech republic. The first chapter is about the concept of the Czech nationality, the definition of nationality, sources of the relevant legislation and human rights in relation to the acquisition of the Czech nationality. The second chapter deals with the methods of the acquisition of the Czech nationality. The main part of the thesis is included in the third and fourth chapters. The third chapter deals with the acquisition of the Czech nationality by naturalization. The fourth chapter deals with the process of naturalization. The fifth (last) chapter deals with the loss of the Czech nationality and the process of this loss.en
