| dc.description.abstract | V první kapitole se práce zabývá historickým vývojem správního trestání. Následně jsou vymezeny pojmy pokuta a přestupek. K pojmu pokuty patří také přestupkové řízení, kterému se podrobně věnuje třetí kapitola práce. Zbývající část je věnovaná řízení, které se v praxi k udělování pokut užívají nejčastěji a to jest blokové. Závěrem práce je rozebrána problematika udělování a vymáhání pokut. | cs |
