dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je strategická analýza prostředí vybrané organizace, a to za pomocí analýz prostředí podniku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definování teoretických pojmů týkajících se strategie, PEST analýzy, SWOT analýzy a dalších analýz. Následující praktická část obsahuje základní informace o společnosti ICE´N´GO! CZ, s. r. o., a dále jsou aplikovány již zmiňované analýzy na vybranou organizaci. V samotném závěru jsou navržena vhodná opatření, která by nejvíce prosperovala dané společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the bachelor thesis is a strategic analysis of the environment of the selected organization, using the analysis of the company's environment. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on defining theoretical concepts related to strategy, PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and other analyses. The following practical part contains basic information about the company ICE´N´GO! CZ, s. r. o., and then the analyses mentioned above are applied to the selected organization. In the very end, appropriate measures are proposed that would be most beneficial for the company.en
