dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výzkum kulturních potřeb obyvatel města Plzně. Základ práce tvoří teoretický rámec, který se zabývá kulturou obecně, kulturními potřebami a faktory ovlivňujícími kulturní poptávku. Navazuje část zaměřená na město Plzeň, jeho obyvatele a kulturní zdroje a možnosti. Stěžejním bodem práce je výzkum kulturních potřeb, který je orientován na porovnání kulturních specifik v poptávce studentů a pracujících města Plzně. Na základě zjištěných údajů o kulturní poptávce obyvatel a jejich potřebách jsou formulovány závěry navrhující opatření na podporu kulturní nabídky v Plzni. Výsledky práce mohou být použity jako podklad pro další výzkumy nebo záměry v kulturní oblasti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is aimed at the research of Pilsen resident´s cultural needs. The base of this thesis is a theoretical framework focused on culture in general, cultural needs and factors influencing cultural demand. The next part is aimed at the city of Pilsen, its residents and cultural potential of this city. The core of the thesis is cultural needs research that focuses on the comparison of cultural specifics of Pilsen students and workers demand. Based on observed data about cultural demand of the residents and their needs there are conclusions suggesting the support of cultural variety in Pilsen. The results of the thesis could be used as a basis for further studies or intentions in the field of culture.en
