dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výkonu nelegální práce a jednotlivých podob výkonu nelegální práce. V první kapitole je rozebraná základní úprava pracovně právních vztahů, která je podstatná pro účely práce. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány švarc systému, zastřenému agenturnímu zaměstnávání, nelegálnímu zaměstnávání cizinců. Pozornost jsem věnoval také pramenům právní úpravy a postihům za výkon nelegální práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the issue of illegal work and individual forms of illegal work. In the first chapter, the basic legislation of labour relations, which is essential for the purposes of work, is discussed. Other chapters are devoted to the švarc system, disguised agency employment, illegal employment of foreigners. I also paid attention to the sources of legislation and sanctions for the performance of illegal work.en
