dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce pojednává o sociálních fenoménech zvaných mobbing a bossing. V teoretické části jsou tyto pojmy nejprve definovány a pak dále rozpracovány. Jedna kapitola se věnuje výzkumu mobbingu a bossingu ve světě a v České republice. Následuje podrobný popis jejich vzniku, vývoje a možných důsledků. Podkapitoly jsou také věnované profilům agresora a oběti. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá možnou nápravou těchto sociálně patologických jevů. Praktická část se věnuje výzkumu mobbingu a bossingu v podniku na Borských polích v Plzni. Je představena metoda, jejíž výzkum je pak dále zpracován, vyhodnocován a jehož výsledky jsou potom interpretovány. V závěru je zhodnocení a reflexe celého výzkumu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the social phenomenon called mobbing and bossing. In the theoretical part these terms are first defined and then further elaborated. One chapter is devoted to research of mobbing and bossing around the world and in the Czech Republic. The following is a detailed description of their origin, development and possible consequences. The sub-chapters are also dedicated to the profiles of the aggressor and the victim. The last chapter deals with possible correction of these socially pathological phenomena. The practical part is devoted to research of mobbing and bossing in a company on Bory fields in Pilsen. The method is introduced, whose research is then further processed, evaluated, and the results are then interpreted. In the conclusion there is an evaluation and reflection of the research.en
