| dc.description.abstract | V této práci se zabývá zkoumáním přítomnosti halogenovaných látek ve vzorcích životního prostředí. Zkoumány byly halogenované uhlovodíky a jako vzorek byl vybrán herbicid běžně používaný v zdejším zemědělství. Byl extrahován z vodného prostředí a analyzován pomocí plynového chromatografu. Pesticid se úspěšně podařilo extrahovat ethyl acetátem a prokázat. Touto metodou se docílilo minimálního prokazatelného množství 5 mg/l herbicidu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This project will be resolving presence of halogenated substances in selected samples from the environment. Subjected to the tests halogenated hydrocarbons and as a sample was chosen herbicide, commonly used in local farming/agriculture. The Herbicide was extracted from watery environment and analyzed by gas chromatograph. The pesticide was successfully extracted and proven by ethyl acetate. By this method we have achieved minimal demonstrable amount counting 5mg/l of herbicide. | en |
