| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se věnuje daňovým a účetním specifikům v jednotlivých právních formách podnikání. Cílem práce je komparovat podnikání konkrétní fyzické osoby v České republice a v Německu. První část práce se týká rešerše literatury týkající se právních forem podnikání. Obsahuje charakteristiku podnikání právnických osob a fyzických osob. Následně jsou jednotlivé formy podnikání rozebrány dle účetních a daňových specifik. Ve druhé části je práce zaměřena na praktické zpracování. Je představena vybraná forma podnikání spolu s jejími daňovými a účetními specifiky. Dále jsou stejné náležitosti provedeny u jejího německého ekvivalentu. V závěru práce jsou prakticky porovnána daňová účetní specifika české a německé fyzické osoby. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with tax and accounting specifics in individual legal forms of business. The aim of the thesis is to compare the business of a specific natural person in the Czech Republic and in Germany. The first part of the work refers to the literature research related to legal forms of business. It contains the characteristics of the business of legal persons and natural persons. Then, individual forms of business are analyzed according to accounting and tax specifics. In the second part, the work is focused on practical processing. A selected form of business is presented along with its tax and accounting specifics. Furthermore, the same requirements are made for its German equivalent. At the end of the thesis, the tax accounting specifics of Czech and German natural persons are practically compared. | en |
