| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá manažerskými styly vedení ve zvoleném podniku. Jejím cílem bylo zjistit a zhodnotit uplatňované styly vedení vedoucích pracovníků v podniku Doprava a mechanizace a.s. a na základě výsledků navrhnout vhodná řešení. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se dané problematiky. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku podniku Doprava a mechanizace a.s., ve kterým jsou manažerské styly vedení analyzovány. Na to navazuje rozsáhlá kapitola s analýzou manažerských stylů vedení, která probíhala formou strukturovaného rozhovoru s 6 vedoucími pracovníky a dotazníkového šetření s 28 podřízenými pracovníky. Z analýzy bylo zjištěno, že vedoucí pracovníci svými uplatňovanými styly vedení odpovídají odpovědím svých podřízených pracovníků, Doporučení jsou proto založena zejména na výsledcích dotazníkového šetření. Navrhovaná řešení mohou přispět ke zlepšení vedení v podniku. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis focus on management styles in a selected company. The aim was to identify and evaluate applied management styles of managers in the company Doprava a mechanizace a.s. and based on the findings propose suitable solution. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the most essential concepts related to the selected topic. The practical part contains characteristics of the company Doprava a mechanizace a.s., in which the managerial styles of management are analysed. This is followed by a chapter with the analysis of managerial management styles, which was conducted in the form of a structured interview with 6 managers and a questionnaire survey with 28 subordinates. The analysis showed that the managers, with their applied management styles, correspond to the answers of their subordinates. Therefore the recommendations were drawn from the results of the questionnaire survey. The proposed solutions can contribute to improving management in the company. | en |
