| dc.description.abstract | Předložená stať se zabývá problematikou pohledávek společenství za svými vlastními členy, což představuje velmi obsáhlé a diskutované téma. Je potřeba se k němu neustále vracet a rozvíjet úvahy de lege ferenda i s ohledem na vývoj praxe. Konečné řešení situace zatím zůstává na samotných společenstvích. Tuto skutečnost by si měly uvědomovat všechny osoby, které jsou členy těchto právnických osob, neboť je to v jejich nejvyšším zájmu. Nezbývá než se začít zajímat o dění ve společenství a rovněž o to, koho si členové společenství volí ze svého středu do funkcí členů výborů a předsedů. Jsou to právě tito funkcionáři, kteří na sebe berou odpovědnost za řádné fungování společenství a obstarávání jeho záležitostí. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presented essay deals with the problematics of the obligations of the members of the Apartment Owners Associations which represents a broad and widely discussed topic. It is necessary to constantly return to this topic and to develop deliberations de lege ferenda with the reflection of the development of practice. The ultimate resolution of this situation remains on the associations themselves. This fact should be recognized by all members of these legal entities simply because it is in their best interests. There is nothing else left for the members but to be interested in the association matters and in what candidates are being elected to the committee and to the function of the chairman. It is these very officials that take the responsibility for the proper functioning of the Apartments Owners Association and for the procurement of its matters. | en |
