dc.description.abstractHlavním tématem předložené práce je uplatňování moderních manažerských trendů v organizacích. Cílem je zanalyzovat a zhodnotit jejich úroveň implementace, se zaměřením na české podniky střední velikosti. Práce obsahuje dvě stěžejní části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část uvádí čtenáře do problematiky obecnými informacemi, následně vymezuje a definuje jednotlivé moderní manažerské nástroje a trendy. Výběr je podložen odbornými výzkumy a články poradenských společností. V přímém vztahu navazuje praktická část zakládající se na dotazníkovém šetření. Mezi jeho výstupy jsou tvořeny potenciální spojitosti, které se zobrazují v grafech a tabulkách. Po charakteristice jednotlivých trendů se hodnotí s ohledem k celku. Nakonec jsou vyvozeny závěry vedoucí k doporučení pro efektivní úroveň implementace trendů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main topic of the presented master thesis is the application of modern management in organizations. The goal is to analyze and evaluate the level of their implementation with focus on medium-sized Czech businesses. The thesis contains two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part introduces the reader to the issue with general information, then selects and defines individual modern management tools and trends. Its selection is based on professional research and articles by consulting companies. The practical part based on a questionnaire survey follows in a direct relationship. There are certain connections formed between its outputs, which are displayed in graphs and tables. The characteristics of the individual trends are then evaluated with respect to the whole selection. Conclusions leading to recommendations for an effective level of trend implementation are made.en
