dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na mzdovou problematiku ve vybraných profesích. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit vývoj mezd na příkladu konkrétních profesí na trhu práce v České republice. Metodou rešerše je zpracována teoretická část, ve které jsou definovány hlavní pojmy trhu práce, lidského kapitálu, mezd a nezaměstnanosti. Následně jsou tyto teoretická východiska převedena na konkrétní data na úrovni ČR. Stěžejní částí práce je samotná komparace, která se zaměřuje na vybrané profese, které jsou problematické z pohledu nedocenění finančních výdělků vůči náročnosti práce, psychickému nátlaku, sociální odpovědnosti a dalších aspektů. V závěru práce jsou definovány a rozebrány faktory ovlivňující trh práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Bachelor thesis focuses on wage issues in selected professions. The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate the development of wages in the Czech Republic taking into consideration particular professions within the labor market. Firstly, the theoretical part is based on research defining the main concepts of labor market, human capital, earnings and unemployment. Findings revealed in this part will be subsequently converted into specific data on the level of the Czech Republic. Secondly, the theoretical part is followed by the principal section dealing with comparison of chosen professions which are compared from financial perspective, psychological pressure, social responsibility and other aspects. Finally, the last part of this thesis is dedicated to the analysis and definition of factors influencing the labor market.en
