| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem práce přesčas, je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. První kapitola definuje základní pojmy. Druhá kapitola se zabývá historickým exkurzem od vývoje po současnost právní úpravy práce přesčas na území České republiky. Třetí kapitola řeší prameny právní úpravy práce přesčas. Čtvrtá kapitola je tvořena z platné právní úpravy práce přesčas. Pátá kapitola zmiňuje judikaturu. Šestá kapitola řeší zahraniční exkurz. Poslední, sedmá, kapitola této bakalářské práce je kapitola praktická, která je řešena dotazníkovým šetřením. | cs |
