dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá praktickým využitím právní formy spolku ve sportovním prostředí, a to jak na úrovni sportovních klubů, tak na úrovni sportovních svazů. Cílem práce je na základě úvodního shrnutí obecné spolkové úpravy, včetně odkazu na její historický základ a vývoj, obsáhnout specifické téma sportovních spolků s poukázáním na vybrané praktické otázky. Jedna z nich je v závěru práce zpracována v případové studii.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with practical use of legal form of association in sports on the level of sports club as well as on the level of sports associations. The aim of the thesis is to cover the specific theme of sports associations with reference to selected practical questions based on the initial summary of the general regulation of associations, including its historical background and development. One of the practical questions is processed in the case study at the end of the thesis.en
