dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na účinek virtuální reality v neurorehabilitaci kognitivního deficitu u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě či traumatickém poranění mozku. Detailně rozebírá patofyziologii kognitivního deficitu, mechanismy neuroplasticity a epidemiologii kognitivních poruch u této skupiny pacientů. Práce se rovněž zaměřuje na využití virtuální reality jako inovativní strategie v neurorehabilitaci, přičemž detailně popisuje kritéria pro výběr pacientů, včetně anamnestických údajů a neurologického vyšetření, průběh měření a intervence ve virtuální realitě a následnou analýzu získaných výsledků. V závěru práce porovnává získané poznatky s výsledky jiných studií, přičemž hodnotí přínosy i možná omezení této terapeutické metody.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses on the effect of virtual reality in the neurorehabilitation of cognitive deficits in patients after a stroke or traumatic brain injury. It thoroughly discusses the pathophysiology of cognitive deficits, the mechanisms of neuroplasticity, and the epidemiology of cognitive disorders in this group of patients. The thesis also explores the use of virtual reality as an innovative strategy in neurorehabilitation, providing a detailed description of the criteria for selecting patients, including medical history and neurological examination, the process of measurement, the intervention in virtual reality, and the subsequent analysis of the results obtained. In the conclusion, the thesis compares the findings with the results of other studies, evaluating both the benefits and possible limitations of this therapeutic method.en
