dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh metodiky sebeobrany určenou dětem mladšího školního věku. Řeší problematiku tohoto věkového období, ontogenetický vývoj a šikanu, která je spojená s začátkem školní docházky. V praktické části probíhá výuka sebeobrany s dětmi, kde se navrhují a upravují postupy na základě odborných publikací souvisejících se sebeobrannými technikami. Součástí práce je dotazníkové šetření pro rodiče dětí docházejících na lekce sebeobrany, jehož cílem je zjistit, zda mají povědomí o prevenci bezpečného chování na ulici jejich dětí. Závěr práce se věnuje modelovým situacím, které měly za úkol zjistit, zda navržená metodika byla úspěšná.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of self-defense methodology intended for children of younger school age. It deals with the issues of this age period, ontogenetic development and bullying, which is connected with the beginning of school attendance. In the practical part, self-defense is taught with children, where procedures are designed and adjusted based on professional publications related to self-defense techniques. Part of the work is a questionnaire survey for parents of children attending self-defense lessons, the aim of which is to find out whether they are aware of the prevention of safe behavior on the streets of their children. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to model situations, the aim of which is to find out whether the proposed methodology was successful.en
