Teoretická část této bakalářské práce je věnována popisu manažerského účetnictví a jeho jednotlivých prvků. V práci jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy související s manažerským účetnictvím a jeho využitím. Praktická část této bakalářské práce je věnována představení společnosti a představení systému vedení manažerského účetnictví ve společnosti na konkrétních příkladech. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení aktuální situace ve společnosti. | cs |
