dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu využití manažerského účetnictví při řízení vybraného podnikatelského subjektu XY s.r.o. Teoretická část této bakalářské práce je věnována popisu manažerského účetnictví a jeho jednotlivých prvků. V práci jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy související s manažerským účetnictvím a jeho využitím. Praktická část této bakalářské práce je věnována představení společnosti a představení systému vedení manažerského účetnictví ve společnosti na konkrétních příkladech. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení aktuální situace ve společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the use of managerial accounting in a selected business entity XY s.r.o. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is devoted to the description of managerial accounting and its elements. The thesis explains the basic concepts related to managerial accounting and its use. The practical part of this bachelor thesis is devoted to the introduction of the system of managerial accounting in the selected company on specific examples. At the end of the thesis are proposals and recommendations leading to the improvement of the current situation in the selected company.en
