dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce pojednává o oprávněných nárocích poškozených z povinného ručení a z havarijního pojištění, tedy zejména o tom, jaká práva nám náleží při vzniku dopravní nehody nebo jiné pojistné události. Na počátku práce je pro lepší pochopení nejdříve popsán institut obecné odpovědnosti za škodu, na který je navázáno odpovědností za škodu z provozu dopravního prostředku. V dalších kapitolách je podrobně popsáno povinné ručení, havarijní pojištění a doplňková pojištění, která k nim jdou sjednat navíc. V závěrečných kapitolách jsou detailně rozebrány jednotlivé nároky a povinnosti poškozených a pojištěných z POV a HAV. V diplomové práci se samozřejmě také věnuji právní úpravě, která se těmito instituty zabývá.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with legitimate claims of injured persons from the responsibility insurance for damage caused by a vehicle and from the all-risks car insurance, i.e. in particular about what rights we have in the event of a traffic accident or other insured events. The beginning of the thesis serves for a better understanding of the described institute of general responsibility for damage, to which responsibility for damage caused by a vehicle is connected. In the next chapters, compulsory liability insurance, all-risks car insurance and additional insurances, which can be arranged in addition to them, are described in detail. In the final chapters, individual claims and obligations of injured parties and insured parties from the liability insurance and the all-risks car insurance are discussed in detail. The thesis also focuses on the legal regulation that deals with these institutes.en
