dc.description.abstractV této práci se zabývám obecnými poznatky o konkurenceschopnosti firmy, jejím udržením pomocí inovací a obecnou teorií o změnách a inovacích. V další části popisuji, jak se inovace dělí a které realizační procesy při inovacích probíhají. V závěru teoretické práce shrnuji obecné poznatky ohledně financování inovací a měření návratnosti investic. V praktické části představuji firmu, ve které nedávno proběhla inovace. Popisuji inovaci z teoretického hlediska, důvod inovace a rozhodovací proces. Také analyzuji, které problémy a nedostatky se vyskytly a doporučuji, na co by se měla firma zaměřit v příští inovační činnosti. Zpracoval jsem zpětně kompletní harmonogram projektu a provedl jsem analýzu kritické cesty.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn this thesis I am dealing with general knowledge of company's competitive abilities as well as maintenance of these abilities with the use of innovational activities. I am also explaining the theory of change and innovation management. The following part is describing fundamental types of innovations and processes of implementation. At the end of the theoretical part of my thesis, I am describing general knowledge regarding financial aspects and measuring the payback period of investments.\\ \\ In the practical part, I am introducing the company which I have chosen for describing an actual innovation which took place recently. Firstly, I am describing the innovation in a theoretical perspective, the actual reason for this innovation and the decision-making process. I am also analyzing difficulties and deficiencies which the company had to go through a deal with. Furthermore, I am specifying some recommendations for future innovation activities in this company. In the end I have retrospectively elaborated a complete project schedule which was not created by the company. I have applied the critical path method in this schedule as well.en
