| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku "Ghettizace měst" a je přizpůsobena místním podmínkám, tj. České republice a konkrétněji Plzeňskému kraji. V práci jsou rozebrány jednotlivé pojmy týkající se ghettizace a dále se zabývá příčinami vzniku ghett ve světě i v České republice, kde se nachází zejména sociálně vyloučené romské lokality. V souvislosti se sociálně vyloučenými lokalitami je jedna kapitola věnována patologickému chování, které narušuje vztahy nejen uvnitř ghett, ale působí i na vztahy s majoritou a ztěžuje celkový proces integrace. Dále jsou analyzována jednotlivá preventivní opatření proti vzniku vyloučených lokalit prováděná ze strany veřejné správy a s tímto spojené finanční náklady. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor paper focuses on the issue of "urban ghettoization" and it is adapted to the local conditions, i. e. in the Czech Republic, particularly in the Plzeň region. The work defines individual terms connected with ghettoization and, furthermore, deals with the causes of the creation of ghettos in the world and in the Czech Republic, where there are especially socially excluded Romani localities. In connection with socially excluded localities one chapter is dedicated to pathological behavior which disrupts the relationships not only within the ghettos but it also affects the relationships with the majority and makes the process of integration much more difficult. Furthermore, the paper analyzes particular preventive measures against the creation of excluded localities taken by the government and the financial expenses connected with these measures. | en |
