| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na představení řízení rizik projektu. V teoretické části je nejdříve popsán teoretický základ projektového managementu. Hlavním cílem této části je přiblížit proces řízení rizik. Poté následuje praktická část, kde je nejdříve přiblížena vybraná společnost a její projekt. Je také zhodnocena současná situace řízení rizik ve firmě. Hlavní částí práce je identifikování rizik konkrétního projektu, ohodnocení těchto rizik a návrh vhodných protiopatření. Výstupem tohoto procesu je registr rizik projektu. Výsledky práce mohou firmě pomoci efektivněji řídit rizika i u ostatních projektů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to introduce project risk management. In the theoretical part, the basic terms of project management are described. The main objective of this part is to describe the process of the project risk management. The practical part contains a presentation of the company and the project. The current situation of risk project management of the company is also evaluated. For the project, potential risks are identified, evaluated and the appropriate reaction to them is suggested. The outcome of the process is development of the risk register. The result of the thesis could be helpful for the company to manage the risks in their projects more efficiently. | en |
