dc.description.abstractSmyslem a cílem této diplomové práce podat pokud možno ucelený pohled na problematiku ukončení pracovního poměru formou výpovědi. Zabývala jsem českým právním řádem, tak i mezinárodními smlouvami, právem Evropské unie obecně a pak blíže právním řádem Slovenska a Velké Británie. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do osmi vzájemně souvisejících a provázaných celků, přes obecnou charakteristiku, vlastní výpověď až po komparaci s jimými právními řády.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe purpose and objective of this thesis, if possible, bring a comprehensive perspective on termination of employment form of testimony. I dealt with Czech law, and international treaties, European Union law in general, and then closer to the laws of Slovakia and Great Britain. The thesis is divided into eight interrelated and interconnected units, despite a general characteristic own testimony to the comparison with other jurisdictions.en
