dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na trestný čin navazování nedovolených kontaktů s dítětem neboli grooming. V práci je popsán pojem trestného činu, pachatele a dítěte v rámci právní úpravy zákona č. 40/2009 Sb., trestní zákoník. Práce analyzuje právní úpravu groomingu v České republice a dále poukazuje na úpravu sexuálně motivovaných trestných činů v dalších státech. Metody výzkumu zahrnují analýzu právních předpisů a komentářů českých i zahraničních, judikatury a odborných knižních a internetových zdrojů. Cílem této práce je poskytnutí uceleného pohledu a rozebrání legislativní úpravy trestného činu navazování nedovolených kontaktů s dítětem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis focuses on the criminal offense of unlawful communication with a child, also known as grooming. It describes the concept of the criminal offense, the perpetrator and the child within the legal framework of the Criminal Code. The thesis analyses the legal regulation of grooming in the Czech Republic and further highlights the regulation of sexually motivated criminal offenses in other countries. Research methods include the analysis of legal regulations and commentaries from Czech and foreign sources, case law, as well as specialized literature and online resources. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview and examination of the legislative regulation of the grooming.en
