dc.description.abstractTématem mojí práce je metodika vyšetřování sexuálních trestných činů. Cílem mojí práce je charakterizovat trestné činy proti lidské důstojnosti v sexuální oblasti, popsat typické způsoby páchání trestných činů, motivy sexuálních trestných činů a stopy typické u sexuálních trestných činů. Dále se práce zaměřuje na typické vyšetřovací situace, zvláštnosti předmětu vyšetřování, podněty k vyšetřování a úkony spojené s vyšetřováním těchto trestných činů. V závěru práce jsou uvedena aktuální statistická data spojená s problematikou sexuálních trestných činů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of my work is the method of investigation of sexual criminal acts. The aim of my work is to characterize crimes against human dignity in the sexual field, describe to typical ways how crimes are committed, the motives of sexual crimes and the traces typical for sexual offenses. In addition, the thesis is focused on typical investigative situation, peculiarities of the subject of the investigation, suggestions for investigations and activities related to the investigation of these crimes. At the end of the thesis, there are presented the current statistics related to the issue of sexual crimes.en
