dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je poukázat na význam personálního plánování v organizaci. Její první část je zaměřena na získání teoretických poznatků z oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů tak, jak je uvádí odborná literatura. Druhá část je věnována systému personálního plánování v instituci veřejné správy, kterou je Drážní úřad Praha. Po charakteristice podniku, jeho působnosti a organizační struktuře je uveden vývoj počtu pracovníků v průběhu několika předchozích let a současně ukazatel fluktuace. Následně se práce podrobněji zaměřuje na personální politiku této organizace. Ve SWOT analýze jsou odhaleny silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti i hrozby. V závěru jsou navržena opatření k odstranění slabých stránek Drážního úřadu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this work is to highlight the importance of a human resources planning of an organization. The first part is focused on the acquisition of theoretical knowledge in the field of human resources as mentioned in the literature. The second part is devoted to the personnel planning at the institution of public administration, which is Rail Authority in Prague. The second part includes also a characterization of the administration, its organizational structure, a scope of the trend in the number of employees over the past few years and the index of fluctuations. Subsequently, the bachelor thesis concerns with the personnel policies of the administration. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are revealed in the SWOT analysis. In conclusion, the measures are proposed to remedy weaknesses of Rail Authority.en
