dc.description.abstractObsahem této bakalářské práce je analýza hospodaření podniku v závislosti na vývoji životního cyklu. Práce je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření a financování plaveckého klubu PK Slávia VŠ Plzeň. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny jednotlivé fáze životního cyklu, kterými podnik může procházet. V praktické části je uvedena charakteristika plaveckého klubu a jeho provozovatele. Důležitá kapitola je analýza hospodaření, finanční zdroje, struktura nákladů a návrh zaměřený na automatický odbavovací systém. Závěrečná část je věnována popisu hospodářských výsledků plaveckého klubu a následná aplikace na životní cyklus. Součástí práce je příloha s organizační strukturou, tabulky, obrázky a grafy popisující stav či vývoj některých sledovaných veličin.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe content of this Bachelor thesis is to analyze the company's performance based on the development life cycle. The thesis is focused on the analysis of management and financing of the swimming club PK Slavia VŠ Plzen. In the theoretical part are described various phases of the life cycle, which the company can pass. In the practical part is the description of the swimming club and management. An important chapter is the analysis of company management, financial resources, cost structure and focused on automatic check-in system. The final part devoted to describing financial results of the swimming club and following application of results on the lifecycle. This thesis includes an attachment with the organizational structure, tables, figures and graphs describing the status and development of some monitored values.en
