| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku inovací, resp. jejich uplatnění při rozvoji podnikání. První část práce je teoretická. Je v ní nejdříve objasněn rozdíl mezi pojmy invence a inovace a následně vymezen samotný pojem inovace. Dále jsou uvedeny některé z důvodů zavádění inovací a některé ze zdrojů inovací. Pozornost je poté věnována typologii inovací, inovačnímu procesu a jeho jednotlivým fázím, inovační strategii a jejím typům a budování inovativní organizace. Praktická část práce začíná představením podniku KARPEM a.s. Nejprve jsou uvedeny důvody, které podnik přiměly k zahájení série inovací na začátku roku 2012. Poté jsou popsány inovace vytvořené v uvedeném roce, tedy ještě před navštěvováním podniku autorkou práce. Tímto popisem je zhodnocen stav podniku, ve kterém se podnik z hlediska inovací nacházel, když autorka do podniku začala docházet ? začátek roku 2013. | dc.description.abstract-translated | Bachelor thesis is focused on the issues of the innovations and their role in business development. The first part of the thesis is theoretical. First of all, there is clarified the difference between the terms invention and innovation and afterwards there is defined the term innovation itself. Furthermore, there are stated some reasons of introducing innovations and some sources of the innovations. Then the attention is paid to typology of innovations, innovation process and its particular phases, innovation strategies and their types and setting up innovation organizations. The practical part of thesis starts with the introduction of the KARPEM a.s. enterprise. At first, there is the description of reasons that made company to start series of innovations at the beginning of year 2012. Then there is description of the innovations, which were created in the mentioned year thus in the year before the author´s visit of the company. This description is reviewed status of the company in which the company was in terms of innovation when the author began visiting the company - the beginning of the year 2013.
