dc.description.abstract	Práce, která propojuje gastronomii s uměním a řemeslem. Vznikl tak jídelní servis pro restauraci Mace v Táboře, jejiž šéfkuchař je Martin Svatek. Vznikla spolupráce, která si zakládá na lokálních surovinách. Jíly které byly použity pro výrobu servisu pocházejí ze surových zdrojů. Host restaurace má tak možnost být v kontaktu s s materiálem při konzumaci pokrmů. Jílová ložiska jsou natolik kvalitní, že vydrží nápor v běžném provozu restaurace.	cs
