Popisuje vývoj přípustnosti oddlužení podnikatelů a to i s výhledem do budoucna. Naznačuje možnou přípustnost oddlužení právnických osob s ohledem na vývoj evropského právního prostředí. Dále se zabývá možností veřejnoprávního subjektu udělit souhlas či namítnout nesouhlas s oddlužením dlužníka, kdy tento má dluh z podnikání. | cs |
