| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce bylo navrhnout změny koncepčního využití území pro zpracování nového územního plánu obce Štěnovický Borek. Tomu předcházelo studium podkladů a analýza vývoje a současného stavu území obce. Během toho byly zjištěny potřeby obce, které jsou vyhodnoceny a řešeny právě návrhem změn ve využití území. Navržené změny ve využití území jsou v souladu se skutečným stavem území a podporují udržitelný rozvoj obce. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The target of my bachelor's thesis was to propose changes of conceptual land use for the processing of the new land use plan for Štěnovický Borek. This was preceded by a study of documents and analysis of the development and present condition of the municipality. During that process needs of the municipality have been identified. The needs are evaluated and solved by the proposal of changes of the land use plan. The proposed changes in the land use are in accordance with the current condition of the land and support the sustainable municipality development. | en |
