dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat metody měření výkonnosti podniku a posoudit finanční situaci společnosti ELOR s.r.o. První kapitola práce obsahuje základní teoretické vymezení problematiky měření výkonnosti. V praktické části bakalářské práce je společnost představena a následně je prostřednictvím zvolených tradičních ukazatelů hodnocena finanční pozice a výkonnost podniku v letech 2010-2014. Účetní období jsou posouzena i z pohledu tvorby hodnoty pro vlastníky a to moderním ekonomickým ukazatelem EVA. Poslední kapitola se věnuje interpretaci výsledků, zhodnocení finančního zdraví společnosti a formulaci doporučení pro zlepšení stávající finanční situace společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this thesis is an analysis of methods for measuring the performance of enterprises and assess financial situation of the company ELOR s.r.o. First chapters of the thesis contain a basic theoretical definition measuring the performance. In the practical part of the thesis, the company is being introduced and then is evaluated the financial position and performance of the company in the period 2010-2014 by the use of the selected traditinal indicators. Accountings periods are assessed from the view of the value creation for the owners by using the modern economic indicator EVA. Last charter is devoted to interpreting the results, evaluation of the level of financial health of the company and recommendations to improve the current financial situation of the company.en
