dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je formulovat návrhy na zlepšení financování klubu běžeckého lyžování SPORT CLUBU PLZEŇ. Úvodní část práce se zaměřuje na teoretické vymezení tématu. Kapitoly teoretické části práce se zabývají sportem, běžeckým lyžováním, sportovními organizacemi, managementem sportovních organizací a financováním v oblasti sportu. Autorka dále popisuje charakteristiku klubu SPORT CLUB PLZEŇ, následovanou analýzou hospodaření, která zkoumá rozvahu a výkaz zisků a ztrát za určené období. Výstup z této analýzy je především zaměřen na zdroje financování. Autorka rovněž hodnotí aktivity spojené s řízením sportovní organizace, jež ovlivňují zvyšování příjmů. V závěru práce autor navrhuje možná opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení financování SPORT CLUBU PLZEŇ.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe objective of the bachelor thesis is to formulate proposals for improving the financing of the cross-country skiing club SPORT CLUB PLZEN. The introductory part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical definition of the topic. The chapters of the theoretical part of the thesis deal with sport, cross-country skiing, sports organizations, management of sports organizations and financing in the field of sport. The author also describes the characteristics of SPORT CLUB PLZEN, followed by an analysis of the management, which examines the balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the specified period. The output of this analysis is mainly focused on the sources of financing. The author also evaluates the activities related to the management of the sports organisation that influence the increase of income. In the conclusion of the thesis, the author suggests possible measures leading to the improvement of the financing of SPORT CLUB PLZEN.en
