dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma "Racionalizace logistických nákladů ve vybraném podniku". Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska. V této části je popsáno, co je logistika, její historie a cíle. Dále jsou řešeny logistické náklady, jejich druhy a členění. Nakonec jsou řešeny logistické systémy JiT a Kanban, skladování a doprava. V praktické části bakalářské práce je představena společnost, kde byla práce zpracována. Je zde charakterizováno, čemu se společnost věnuje, jaké linky jsou v hale umístěny a jejich rozmístění s přepravními náklady. Tyto náklady jsou následně propočteny a je definován nový stav s novými vzdálenostmi a umístěním linek. Po propočtení nového rozmístění linek jsou oba stavy porovnány a definována východiska. Následně jsou popsány návrhy ke snížení nákladů na přepravu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor thesis deals with "Rationalization of logistics costs in the selected company". The Bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part is focused on theory. This part introduces the main term logistics, its objectives and history. There are also described logistic costs, their types and classification. Finally, the logistics technologies Just in Time and Kanban, storage and transportation are described. In the practical part of the thesis is presented the company, according to which the work was processed. This part describes what the company deals with, what assembly lines are in the hall and their placement with transport costs. Then these costs are calculated and a new state with new distances and locations of assembly lines is defined. After calculating the new locations of assembly lines are both states (present and new) compared and the starting points are defined. Then proposals to reduce transporation costs are described.en
