dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ukončení činnosti právnických osob formou likvidace. V teoretické části je řešena likvidace z pohledu právního, účetního a daňového. Jsou zde vysvětleny základní pojmy spojené s likvidací právnické osoby. V praktické části je podrobně analyzována likvidace společnosti HAAS Bohemia spol. s r. o. z právního, účetního a daňového pohledu. Závěr práce obsahuje kompletní shrnutí a zhodnocení provedené likvidace společnosti HAAS Bohemia spol. s r. o. Práce může sloužit právnickým osobám jako možná inspirace a vodítko, jak se vypořádat s likvidací společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the termination of business activities of legal persons in the form of liquidation. The theoretical section of this thesis shows the liquidation from the point of view of legal, accounting and tax aspects. The theoretical section also describes fundamental terms concerning of liquidation of legal persons. In the practical section the liquidation of the company HAAS Bohemia spol. s r. o. from the point of view of legal, accounting and tax aspects are being analyzed. The conclusion consists of complete summary and evaluation of liquidation of the company HAAS Bohemia spol. s r. o.. The thesis may be useful for legal persons as a possible inspiration and guideline how to deal with a liquidation of the company.en
