dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na možnosti rozvoje cestovního ruchu mimo hlavní sezónu v destinaci Boží Dar. V první části práce jsou nastíněna teoretická východiska z oblasti cestovního ruchu a sezónnosti cestovního ruchu včetně charakterizování příčin, důsledků, sledování a měření a zároveň možností jejího snížení. V další části práce je představena destinace Boží Dar a s využitím marketingového mixu je analyzována současná situace v oblasti cestovního ruchu, která je shrnuta ve SWOT analýze. Následuje analýza sezónnosti včetně charakterizování příčin, důsledků, vymezení sezónního vývoje sledované destinace a definování jednotlivých sezón. Pro navržení možností zlepšení současné situace v období mimo hlavní sezónu je také využito dotazníkového šetření. Na základě poznatků, které vyplynuly z analýz a dotazníkového šetření jsou navrhnuta opatření pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu ve sledované destinaci mimo hlavní sezónu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis is focused on the potential of the tourism development in the shoulder season in Boží Dar destination. In the first part of the thesis the theoretical bases of tourism are defined as well as seasonality of tourism, including its causes, impacts, monitoring and measurement, and possibilities of its elimination. The next part of the thesis describes the Boží Dar destination and the current state of its tourism, which is analysed with a help of marketing mix and then summarized in the SWOT analysis. The seasonal analysis follows, including the characterization of the causes, the impacts and delineation of the seasonal development of the destination and the definition of the individual seasons. A questionnaire survey is also used to suggest options for tourism development in the shoulder season. Based on the findings of the analysis and the questionnaire survey, several recommendations are suggested for the tourism development in the shoulder season in Boží Dar destination.en
