dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na specifikování problému postavení neziskového sektoru v současné společnosti našeho státu. V práci je podrobně popsáno, co to je neziskový sektor, jak se rozděluje a jak se rozpozná nezisková organizace od podnikajícího subjektu. Důležitou součástí práce je rozdělení neziskového sektoru dle platné právní úpravy v České Republice a dále popisuje možnosti financování neziskových organizací, respektive kde neziskové organizace získávají své finanční prostředky, jak je přerozdělují a jak k tomu přispívá stát. V neposlední řadě se práce zaměřuje na historický vývoj chápání neziskového sektoru a na jeho možný budoucí růst.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis focuses on specifying the problem of the position of the non-profit sector in the current society of our state. The thesis describes in detail what a non-profit sector is, how it is divided and how a non-profit organization is recognized from a business entity. An important part of the work is the division of the non-profit sector according to the valid legislation in the Czech Republic and also describes the possibilities of financing non-profit organizations, or where non-profit organizations obtain their financial resources, how they redistribute it and how the state contributes to it. Last but not least, the thesis focuses on the historical development of the understanding of the non-profit sector and its possible future growth.en
