| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem strategického plánu implementace principů cirkulární ekonomiky v organizaci Kermi s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a principy cirkulární ekonomiky a představeny obchodní modely a jejich využití v praxi. V praktické části je představena organizace Kermi s.r.o. a provedeny analýzy prostředí a úrovně implementace principů cirkulární ekonomiky. Z analýz jsou navrhnuty strategické cíle, které jsou doplněny o jejich finanční plán a analýzu rizik. Cílem práce je vytvořit návrh plánu, jak může organizace Kermi s.r.o. díky principů cirkulární ekonomiky zefektivnit svůj provoz a stát se udržitelnější. Informace pro vytvoření této práce byly získány z odborné literatury, článků a poznatků získaných při osobních setkáních s vedením společnosti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis proposes a strategic plan for the implementation of the principles of circular economy in the organization Kermi s.r.o. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts and principles of circular economy and introduces business models and their use in practice. In the practical section, the Kermi s.r.o. organization is presented and the environment and the level of implementation of circular economy principles are analyzed. The analyses yielded proposals for strategic objectives, which were complemented by a financial plan and risk analysis. The objective of this thesis is to formulate a proposed plan on how the Kermi s.r.o. organization can enhance the efficiency and sustainability of its operations through the principles of circular economy. The information for the creation of this thesis was obtained from literature, articles and knowledge gained during personal meetings with the management of the company. | en |
