dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou řízení lidských zdrojů v podniku proHeq (CZ), s. r. o. se sídlem v Domažlicích. Cílem kvalifikační práce je zanalyzovat personální činnosti ve zvolené společnosti a navrhnout řešení pro zlepšení současného stavu. V teoretické části je popsána problematika řízení lidských zdrojů včetně jednotlivých personálních činností. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou řízení lidských zdrojů v organizaci proHeq (CZ), s. r. o. Nejprve je uveden popis organizace, poté analýza personálních činností, dále je zpracované dotazníkové šetření. Z uvedené analýzy personálních činností a vyhodnoceného dotazníkového šetření je zpracována SWOT analýza personálních činností společnosti. V závěrečné části práce jsou uvedena navrhnutá opatření za účelem zlepšení řízení lidských zdrojů ve společnosti a zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of human resources management in the company proHeq (CZ),s. r. o. with headquarters in Domažlice. The aim of the qualification thesis is to analyze personnel activities in the chosen company and to propose a solution to improve the current situation. The theoretical part describes the issue of human resources management, including individual personnel activities. The practical part deals with the analysis of human resources management in the organization proHeq (CZ), s. r. o. First is a description of the organization, then an analysis of personnel activities, and then is processed a questionnaire survey. A SWOT analysis of the company's personnel activities is prepared from the aforementioned analysis of personnel activities and the evaluated questionnaire survey. In the final part of the thesis, are presented a proposed measures in order to improve the management of human resources in the company and increase employee satisfaction.en
