dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na popis vzniku nové kavárny Mia Café v centru Přeštic. První část práce obsahuje základní teoretické pojmy související s podnikatelskou činností, výčet a popis právních forem podnikání a teoretický popis obsahu podnikatelského plánu. Na základě této teoretické části je dále vypracován konkrétní podnikatelský plán pro založení kavárny Mia Café, která bude nabízet produkty z Fair Trade obchodu. Součástí podnikatelského plánu je popis podnikatelské činnosti, analýza trhu, u které bylo využito dotazníkového šetření, analýza konkurence, marketingová a obchodní strategie, finanční plán a analýza rizik. Podnikatelský plán také obsahuje PEST analýzu, Porterův model pěti sil a SWOT analýzu. Na závěr je kritické zhodnocení tohoto podnikatelského plánu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe present bachelor thesis is focused on the description of a new venture Mia Café in the centre of Přeštice. The first part contains basic theoretical concepts related to business activity, a list and description of types of business and theoretical description of the contents of a business plan. A particular business plan for the establishment of Mia Café that will offer product from Fair Trade business is elaborated on the basis of the theretical part. A description of the business activity, market analysis which was used in the questionnaire survey, competitive analysis, marketing and business strategy, financal plan and risk analysis is part of the business plan. It also contains a PEST analysis, Porter´s Five Forces and SWOT analysis. A critical evaluation of the business plan can be found in the conclusion.en
