| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce pojednává o dohodě o vině a trestu jako novém institutu trestního řízení. Po krátkém pojednání o trestním řízení a vývoji tohoto institutu na území České republiky následuje hlavní kapitola zabývající se platnou právní úpravou dohody o vině a trestu. Celá tato část je uzavřena shrnutím argumentů a zhodnocením využívání dohody o vině a trestu. Další část je soustředěna na srovnání české právní úpravy s úpravou na Slovensku a v USA. Diplomová práce je zakončena úvahami de lege ferenda. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with an agreement on guilt and punishment as a new institute of criminal procedure. Brief disquisition about criminal procedure and evolution of this institute in the Czech Republic is followed by main chapter, which is focused on legislation in force governing the agreement on guilt and punishment. This whole part is completed with summary of arguments and evaluation of usage. Next two chapters follow up the comparison with legislation in the Slovakia and United States. This thesis is terminated with considerations de lege ferenda. | en |
