dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení ekonomické situace společnosti International Automotive Components Group s. r. o. za pomoci výsledků finanční analýzy. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. Nejprve jsou zde obsaženy informace o společnosti, jejích produktech a zákaznících, poté je charakterizován vývoj odvětví automobilového průmyslu, ve kterém tato společnost působí. Představena je zde i konkurence společnosti. Další část této práce se zabývá finanční analýzou, k jejímž výpočtům jsou použity účetní výkazy z výročních zpráv společnosti. Zde se prolíná teoretická a praktická část. Vybrané výsledky jsou porovnávány s odvětvovým průměrem pro lepší zhodnocení situace podniku na trhu. Vypočítána je zde horizontální a vertikální analýza, dále analýza čistého pracovního kapitálu, analýza rentability, aktivity, zadluženosti a likvidit. Je proveden i pyramidový rozklad ukazatele rentability vlastního kapitálu a také výpočet bonitního a bankrotního modelu. Na závěr je na základě vyhodnocení situace podniku vypracováno několik možných návrhů na zlepšení této situace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this buchelor work is the evaluation of the economic situation of the company International Automotive Components Group s. r. o., using the results of the financial analysis. This work is divided into five parts. At first there are informations about the company, about its products and customers, then there is the characteristic of the development of the automotive industry in which this company operates. The competitors are also presented here. The another part of this work deals with the financial analysis in which the financial statements from annual reports are used. There are both parts together ? the theoretical and also the practical part. Some selected results are compared with industry averages for better assess of the situation on the market. The horizontal and vertical analysis is calculated here. Then there is also the analysis of the net working capital, analysis of profitability, activity analysis, analysis of debts and the liquidity analysis. The pyramidal decomposition indicator of return on equity take place there and also the calculation of the creditworthy and bankruptcy model. In the conclusion there are made some possible suggestions to improve the situation in the company. This is based on the evaluation of the economic situation of the company.en
