dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá výzkumem potřeb přátelství, výkonu a moci u pubescentů. První část je věnována terminologickému vymezení pojmů motivace, teoriím motivace a jejím činitelům. Následující kapitoly jsou věnovány pojmům potřeba a přátelství. Teoretická část je završena charakteristikou vývojového období pubescence. Na teoretickou analýzu úzce navazuje praktická část. Pro sběr dat je užit standardizovaný test potřeb výkonu, moci a přátelství. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda existují statisticky významné rozdíly mezi pohlavími a dvěma věkovými skupinami v rámci pubescence.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThesis is engaged in research of needs of friendship, achievement and power of pubescents. First part is dedicated to terminologic definition of terms as motivation, theories of motivation and its factors. Following chapters are dedicated to terms as needs and friendship. Theoretic part is concluded with pubescent development period characteristics. Theoretical analysis is closely associated with practical part. The standardized test of needs for achievement, of power and of friendship has been used to collect the data. The objective of this thesis is to find out, if there are any statistically significant gender differences and also differences between two age groups within the frame of puberty.en
