| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá interní komunikací ve vybrané společnosti, ve které byla provedena analýza, a na základě výsledků byly navrženy změny vedoucí ke zlepšení situace. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na interní komunikaci, u které byly vysvětleny některé pojmy. Dále byl představen vybraný podnik, u kterého byla provedena analýza vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. V praktické části se analyzovala interní komunikace ve vybraném podniku pomocí dotazníků a rozhovorů. Z odpovědí bylo provedeno zhodnocení a následně doporučeno několik změn. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with internal communication in chosen company, in which an analysis was performed. Based on the results, changes were proposed to improve the situation. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on internal communication, in which some concepts have been explained. Furthermore, a selected company was introduced, in which an analysis of the internal and external environment was performed. In the practical part, the internal communication in the chosen company was analysed using questionnaires research and interviews. The responses were evaluated and subsequently several changes were recommended. | en |
