Právo na informace o životním prostředí

Abstract

Tento článek se zabývá problematikou poskytování informací podle zákona č. 123/1998 Sb., o právu na informace o životním prostředí. Je popsán postup podávání a vyřizování žádosti o informace o životním prostředí. Dále jsou vymezeny povinné subjekty mající povinnost poskytnout informace. Rovněž je zmíněn postup žadatelů, jak se mohou proti postupu povinného subjektu bránit.

This article deals with the issue of providing information under Act No. 123/1998 Coll., on the right to access environmental information. The procedure for submitting and processing requests for environmental information is described. Furthermore, mandatory entities that are required to provide information are defined. It also mentions the procedure for applicants to defend themselves against the actions of the obligated entity.
