dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením a řízením výkonnosti podniku, přičemž cílem je zhodnotit výkonnost společnosti Triumfa Energo s. r. o. a navrhnout doporučení pro její zlepšení. V teoretické části jsou definovány klíčové pojmy související s výkonností, jejím měřením a řízením. Dále jsou představeny tradiční i moderní ukazatele výkonnosti a komplexní přístupy k hodnocení výkonnosti. V praktické části je využita metoda Balanced Scorecard na vybraný podnik. Pro zvolená strategická témata byly navrženy konkrétní cíle a k nim odpovídající klíčové ukazatele výkonnosti (KPI). Hodnocen je jejich vývoj v období let 2019-2023. Výsledky ukazují stabilní finanční situaci společnosti, přijatelnou úroveň zadlužení a schopnost generovat hodnotu pro vlastníky. Kromě kvantitativních údajů byly zohledněny i kvalitativní aspekty výkonnosti. Na základě hodnocení jsou formulována doporučení směřující k efektivnějšímu řízení výkonnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis deals with the measurement and management of business performance, focusing on evaluating the performance of Triumfa Energo s. r. o. and proposing recommendations for improvement. The theoretical part defines key terms related to business performance, its measurement, and management. It introduces both traditional and modern performance indicators and outlines various approaches to performance evaluation, with an emphasis on the Balanced Scorecard method. This method assesses performance from four perspectives: financial, customer, internal processes, and learning and growth. In the practical part, the Balanced Scorecard is applied to the selected company. Specific strategic objectives are defined, and corresponding key performance indicators (KPIs) are proposed. Their development is analyzed over the period 2019-2023. The results show a stable financial position, acceptable debt levels, and the company's ability to create value for its owners. In addition to financial metrics, qualitative aspects such as process efficiency and strategic alignment are also considered. Based on the findings, recommendations are formulated to support more effective performance management. These include improving KPI monitoring, optimizing internal processes, and strengthening strategic planning. The thesis provides both a theoretical overview and practical insights that may be useful for companies aiming to manage performance more systematically and effectively.en
