dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je využití sugestivní terapie u vysokoškolských studentů s vyšším stupněm neuroticismu ke snížení projevů neurotické symptomatologie. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je členěna do třech hlavních kapitol, jež zahrnují problematiku neuroticismu, charakteristiku neurotických poruch, včetně klasifikace, etiologie a terapie neurotických poruch a vývojově psychologickou charakteristiku mladé dospělosti. Praktickou část tvoří výzkum, jehož cílem bylo zjistit jaká je míra neuroticismu u studentů FPE ZČU, aplikovat sugestivní terapii u studentů s vyšším stupněm neuroticismu a zjištění účinků sugestivní terapie. Naším cílem bylo studenty nejen aktuálně zrelaxovat, ale též je s touto metodou seznámit a předat jim účinnou techniku, jež mohou formou autosugesce použít při překonávání stresu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of this bachelor thesis is the use of suggestive therapy in university students with higher degree of neuroticism in order to reduce the symptoms of neuroticism. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters which include the problematics of neuroticism, characteristics of neurotics disorders including classification, etiology and therapy of neurotic disorders and developmentally psychological characteristics of young adulthood. The practical part consists of research that was aimed to find out the degree of neuroticism in students, apply suggestive therapy to students with higher degree of neuroticism and to find out the effects of suggestive therapy. Our goal was not only to presently relax the students but also familiarize them with this method and pass on an effective technique that they can use to overcome stress through autosuggestion.en
