dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá tématem aplikace relaxačních technik na osoby s poruchou autistického spektra. V práci jsou sepsané základní informace o poruchách autistického spektra, možnosti diagnostiky, klasifikace a vybrané způsoby intervence. V teoretické části práci jsou popsané čtyři vybrané relaxační techniky: meditace, muzikoterapie, dechová cvičení a doteková terapie. U těchto relaxačních technik jsou shrnuty přínosy jejich využívání a možnosti aplikace při lekcích s dětmi s poruchami autistického spektra. V praktické části je popsaný postup, kterým byly jednotlivé relaxační techniky aplikovány při relaxační části cvičební jednotky. Součástí praktické části práce je grafické a slovní vyhodnocení proběhlých lekcí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the topic of application of relaxation techniques to people with autism spectrum disorder. The thesis contains basic information about autism spectrum disorders, diagnostic options, classification and selected methods of intervention. The theoretical part of the thesis describes four selected relaxation techniques: meditation, music therapy, breathing exercises and touch therapy. These relaxation techniques summarize the benefits of their use and application in lessons with children with autism spectrum disorders. The practical part describes the procedure by which the individual relaxation techniques were applied in the relaxation part of the exercise unit to probands with autism spectrum disorder. Part of the practical part of the work is a graphical and verbal evaluation of lessons.en
