dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou procesních aspektů poskytování informací v České republice a jejich dopadů na hmotněprávní podstatu tohoto práva, které je ukotveno v čl. 17 Listiny základních práv a svobod. V první části práce se autor zabývá základními vlastnostmi práva na informace, jeho vymezením v právním řádu, jeho zásadami, subjekty a omezeními, která jsou na poskytování informací kladena. Hlavní část práce je pak věnována rozboru procesních institutů, které jsou typické pro toto právo, zejména jakým způsobem jsou informace poskytovány a jaké prostředky procesní obrany náleží žadateli o informace v případě neochoty informace poskytnout.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis concerns the problematics of procedural aspects of providing information in the Czech republic and its effects on the material core of the right to information which is established in article 17 of Charter of fundamental rights and freedoms. The first part of this thesis covers the elemental qualities of this right, its role in the legal system, its principles, subjects and the limitations of its application. The main part of the thesis is centered around the analysis of procedural institutions which are typical for this right, mainly how information is distributed and what procedural tools are at the applicant's disposal in the case of unwillingness to provide said information on the part of the concerned authorities.	en
