| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou stručně popsány přídatné látky v potravinách, jejich charakteristika, použití a legislativa. Blíže a podrobněji se v této práci věnuji kofeinu, jeho chemickému složení, původu, využíti, pozitivním i negativním účinkům a v neposlední řadě jeho vlivu na sportovní výkon. V praktické části je předmětem výzkumu používání kofeinu ve sportu. Týká se názorů sportovců, jejich znalosti a pohledu na kofein a kofeinové doplňky. Výzkum je zaměřen na četnost užívání kofeinu, jeho subjektivní účinky a možnosti zneužívání. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical section briefly describes food additives, their characteristics, use and related legislation. The major focus of the thesis is caffeine and its chemical composition, origins, use, positive as well as negative effects, and last but not least, its impact on sports performance. The practical section of the work then explores the caffeine use in sports. It is concerned with opinions of athletes - their knowledge and views on caffeine and caffeine supplements. The study investigates the frequency of caffeine consumption and its subjective effects as well as various possibilities of caffeine abuse. | en |
